Join us for the second annual “Victoria Ganeshotsav 2024,” a three-day celebration of Lord Ganesha hosted by the Victoria Hindu Parishad & Cultural Center. This year, we invite all devotees to participate in spiritual and cultural festivities from September 6th to 8th at the Victoria Hindu Temple.

REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED – Please register to ensure smooth lineups for in-temple darshan, manage the procession day, and prepare for prasadam. Also, don’t forget to dress for the weather, as most will be standing outside until their turn for darshan: https://bit.ly/ganapatibappa2024

Three-Day Festivities:

Day 1: Friday, September 6th
• Ganesha Sthapana: 6:00 PM
• Baalmandir Activity: Making Ganesha at 7:00 PM
• Preeti Bhojan: 7:30 PM

Day 2: Saturday, September 7th
• Morning Aarti: 9:00 AM
• Ganesha Pooja, Bhajans Arati: 6:00 PM
• Preeti Bhojan: 7:30 PM
• Hosts: Rajiv Oza & Kandarp Vyas families

Day 3: Sunday, September 8th
• Morning Aarti: 9:00 AM
• Ganesha Pooja & Aarti: 4:30 PM
• Procession & Visarjan: The procession starts at 4:30 PM at the temple (1934 Cultra Avenue),
• Preeti Bhojan: 7:30 PM
• Hosts: Raj Padmawar & family
Procession Route: We would be starting from the Temple on Cultra Avenue towards East Saanich Road, turning right on East Saanich Road, turning right again on to Prosser Road, then on Wallace Drive and back to the temple.
